Start Having Fun

We lived in an Airstream the first year we lived in California. We weren’t sure what we were getting ourselves into or where we’d end up, but we loved the idea of being able to pack up, roll out, and explore our new home whenever we could. When that chapter was up, Parker renovated the Airstream top to bottom and realized he had the eye and the skills to transform these pieces of Americana into modern luxuries full of vintage charm.

Now - a few years and a few Airstreams later - Parker felt like changing up his game. Instead of keeping it completely classic (new wood floors, fresh white walls, and custom amenities - you know the deal) on his most recent project, Parker put his own twist on things. What does that look like?

For this 1965 Airstream Overlander, it looks like emphasizing awesome original features (check that retro orange gaucho, Tappan oven set, and Sibir refrigerator) and implementing some new twists. The snazziest new addition? Epoxy resin coated artisan OSB cabinetry and penny tile in the bathroom.

Needless to say, we’re pleased with how it turned out. And yeah, it makes us question why we ever stopped living in one of these…
